Ok so guys this is where we get a little serious. We do our very best to accurately describe and photograph all of our products. But it is impossible to get it 100% right all of the time and different screens give different picture quality so we cannot guarantee accuracy of colour.
The stock volumes displayed on our site are up dated every 24hrs so normally what you see is what you get. However every once in a while you might order something that has just flown out the door :( We will always let you know if this happens and also recommend an alternative.
We really want you to be happy and we endeavour to give the best customer service we can, but unfortunately we cannot accept returns of cut fabrics, wadding, sundries, ribbons, trims or zips unless they are faulty. Additionally, the items from our clearance section are there for a reason, they might be a little bit shop soiled, or maybe they are just a fabric we loved but that wasn’t so popular with the customers, or maybe we are discontinuing a brand or range of products, so items from this section cannot be returned either.
We will refund pretty much anything else though. Unhappy with a ruler, a yarn, a thread, anything else, as long as they are unopened and still in their original packaging send it back. And of course if an item is faulty (except from clearance) send it back. We will reimburse any shipping costs when you return a faulty or damaged item but if it’s something you have simply had a change of heart on then you will have to cover the return postage yourself. We think that’s only fair. And that’s it really. The serious stuff is over.
We offer a discounted flat rate shipping within Ireland’s 32 counties of just €4. We do unfortunately have to add a surcharge for bulky items such as large cutting mats and rolls of wadding as our couriers issue us a surcharge of these. We will contact you after checkout to arrange the surcharge payment.
We love our international shoppers and so we have flat rate fees for shipping worldwide. However we sometimes have to contact you for extra shipping fees if cost of sending your order really exceeds this nominal flat rate. When we have to do this, we normally try and split the additional cost 50/50. Please note that the customer is liable for any customs charges incurred in their country.
