The Syli dress and blouse are practical everyday garments with generous gathering and a narrow pleat at the chest. Both variations have a bound neckline with a back slit that closes  with ties. The dress features striking pleat details on the sleeves and hem, side pockets, and  gathered cuffs with tie closure.

FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS
Choose a light to medium-weight, non-stretch fabric. Depending on the desired result, you can select either a low-drape fabric or a fabric with a little drape. Cotton, linen, Tencel and rayon shirtings and dress-weight fabrics are recommended. 
This pattern comes with plenty of ease. Check the finished measurements for your size and, if necessary, select a size smaller than usually if you want the garment to be more fitted.
