Mimosa culottes is a stylish sewing pattern for midi-length trousers with a high waist and super wide legs. These culottes combine minimalist details with impressive volume in an interesting way. The front has slanted pleats and a fly front zipper fastening. The narrow waistband fastens at the front with a concealed button and hook closure. The trousers also have subtle slash side pockets.

Pocket bag fabric, 40 cm (1/2 yd)
Fusible interfacing, 50 cm (1/2 yd)
Sizes 32–46: 18 cm trouser zipper
Sizes 48–56: 20 cm trouser zipper
A trouser hook and eye, 1 pc
Small button, 1 pc

FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS

Choose a light or medium weight non-stretch trouser fabric with drape. Choose a light but durable fabric for the pocket bags.
